Starting an Indoor Container Garden from Seed

Lesson Description:
Students will be able to:
  • Describe the process of the germination.
  • Explain the need for edible seeds in regards to food production

Materials Needed:
  • Seeds: bush beans, pumpkins, sunflowers, corn
  • Paper towels
  • Water
  • Hand lenses
  • Rulers
  • Petri dishes
